A Herbal Salves Gift set is a set of three pots of intense herbal goodness for mind, body and soul. 80% of these pots is a double-infused herbal oil (made in my solar cooker) of each herb. This is so concentrated that only a little of each salve is needed.
🏵️ CALENDULA Calendula is a wonder herbal flower: wrapping its protective mantle around dry skin from chafing, weather or heated indoor environments, or minor wounds and scars. Gentle enough for babies skin, it also works as a effective barrier. Containing precious extracts of organic calendula in organic sunflower oil and cocoa butter it provides intensive care for dry areas, and protection from loss of essential skin moisture.
🌿 COMFREY This common British herb, a natural healer of the plant world, was known as knit-bone in the olden days. Works especially well on sore muscles, sprains and painful joints, after sport, gardening or any strenuous activity. Comfrey extract also helps to renew & stabilise collagen, and maintain elastin, two critical proteins that support connective tissue and capillary walls, helping your skin to remain soft and supple.
💜 LAVENDER Great relaxing aid for biggies and littlies. The classic scent of calm and peace has a relaxing effect on the whole body. Lavender is known the world over for its incredible soothing and relaxing power. Massage into stress spots - neck, shoulders and jaw are classic places we hold our stress. As the salve relaxes the muscles, the aroma relaxes the mind. Smells like (and full of) REAL lavender, with only a little essential oil lavender, the ultimate essence for rest and calm reflection. A classic aid to peaceful sleep.
All these products contain Double Infused Herbs in Organic Sunflower oil (Olive Oil for the Comfrey), with a bit of Organic Cocoa butter, Organic Beeswax, Vitamin E and Essential Oils.
