Contains 70% Magnesium 'oil' (I use magnesium chloride instead of the cheaper but less effective and unsafe magnesium hexahydrate) combined with natural organic coconut oil & cocoa butter, vitamin E and the anti-itch herbs of Lavender, Plantain & Nettle. Refreshing, cooling and soothing as well as reducing hard skin on the feet

The way I recommend to apply it is to put a teaspoon (5g) of cream on your feet at night, especially in areas of thin skin, such as between your toes, and rub in until absorbed.
